Adorning a quiet residential neighborhood in the Historic Royal Pines Area of Asheville, North Carolina, the 1847 Blake House Inn Bed & Breakfast features Italianate architecture with a Gothic Revival influence. The walls are 22-inch thick granite, and the 12-foot ceilings are ornamental plaster. Surrounded by mature pines and sycamores, this B&B has been named a Treasures Tree Preserve of Buncombe County. Enjoy spacious common areas with seating and games. Gather in the Labrador Landing Pub for conversation by a warm fire. The second-floor guest bedrooms each include a sitting area and some feature a clawfoot tub and fireplace. Linger over a two-course breakfast served in one of the two fireside dining rooms or on the porch or patio.
